Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. There is no trial, no credit card required and no time limit. A small association can run on the free tier for as long as it wants.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data is never lost when you change plan.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
You are notified and asked to upgrade. We do not delete members.
Do you charge per invoice or per email?
No. Every plan has flat monthly pricing. There are no per-item fees for invoices or emails.
Is my data in the EU?
Yes. All data is hosted in the EU and the product is GDPR-native.
What if I need both membership management and grants?
That is exactly what Associatify is built for. Membership management and grant distribution run in the same system: the application system is included in the Enterprise plan, so you do not need two separate tools.
Can our federation use this for all our member associations?
Yes. The Enterprise tier supports multi-organisation and federation structures with parent and child tenants and aggregated reporting.
How does AI grant triage work?
Each grant application is evaluated automatically by AI (powered by Claude). You get a score, a recommendation and a summary per application. Reviewers still make the final decision. The AI handles the first screening.
