We built Associatify to run our own nonprofit.
Associatify comes from Herizon, a Finnish nonprofit that makes international professionals employable. We needed software to run it. Nothing on the market fit. So we built our own.
A nonprofit that ships like a startup.
Herizon is a small team making international professionals employable, free of charge. Members, employers, grants, events, reporting: the whole operation runs on software. We tried what was out there. Membership tools that could not touch grants. Grant tools that ignored members. CRMs built for sales teams, not communities. Nothing fit an organization that measures success in jobs.
So we built our own.
We are a software-driven nonprofit. When a tool does not meet our needs, we build it. We built our own resume parser because none on the market were accurate enough. We built a talent matcher that cut matchmaking from 24 hours to 24 seconds. And underneath it all we built the operating system we run on: member registry, CRM, grants, employment tracking, events and reporting. Associatify is that system, opened up for other nonprofits, associations and foundations.
We measure success in jobs, not vanity metrics.
We do not place people in jobs. We make them employable. Employability is a public good, not a product to trade, and our nonprofit structure means the mission cannot be flipped, sold or diluted.

How we got here.
Herizon is founded to scale a proven upskilling and employment model into its own program.
The first grant of 100,000 €. 133 people employed through the community.
We start building our own software. 335 people employed, over 1,600 community members and 1M €+ in monthly salaries.
Herizon migrates its operations onto its own portal, the system that becomes Associatify.
